CYC Engineering, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser of our products a limited lifetime warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect or scratches during the life of the product. This limited lifetime warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company’s products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise along with the purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase.

CYC Engineering, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser of our products a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect or scratches during the life of the product. This one (1) year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company’s products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. One (1) year after your original purchase date, you will be responsible for purchasing any future replacement end caps or step pads.

CYC Engineering, Inc. guarantees the original purchase of our products a limited ten (10) year warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, bending, breaking or failure under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect, scratches or surface rust during the life of the product. This limited ten (10) year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company's products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise along with the purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase. Ten (10) years after your original purchase date, you will be responsible for purchasing any future replacement bracket kits.
Suspension Products - Limited Warranty (See Below)
CYC Engineering, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser of our suspension products a limited warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and function under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect or scratches during the life of the product. Further, we disclaim any liability for action resulting from failure or parts durability. We disclaim any express or implied warranties. Our products may be subject to an infinite variety of conditions due to the manner in which they are used, serviced and/or installed. Purchasers and users of such products rely upon their own judgment as to the suitable use, selection, service, and installation of such products. This warranty and CYC Engineering shall not be liable for any agreements or representations made by dealers or resellers of CYC products beyond what is stated here. This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company’s products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. This warranty does not include damage resulting from product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect, tears, punctures, soiling, mildew, effects of moisture condensation inside your vehicle, oxidation, pitting, fabric discoloration, fabric fading or scratches during the life of the product. This limited one (1) year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company’s products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. Proper Care and Maintenance
As with any outdoor product, proper care is essential for maintaining the high luster and corrosion properties of stainless steel. The stainless steel we use at CYC Engineering, Inc. is from a 300 series grade. This is one of the most durable metals produced for outdoor use. Nature, however, can and will fade or tarnish the appearance of any polished finish. In rare cases, the appearance of rust can form on the polished finish. The “surface rust” as it’s called, is simply elements found in nature that oxidizes on our finish. We recommend regular cleaning with soap and water. The use of a regular car wax applied every three months will normally provide a slick, protective barrier that will not allow the oxidizing elements to rest upon our products. We strongly recommend these preventative measures to allow you to enjoy our products for years.
