This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Please review it carefully before making a purchase, as it applies to all orders placed with us.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. If there is a delay, we’ll notify you by email or phone.
Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped and are based on the carrier’s schedule.
Shipping Methods & Options
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Standard Shipping: Small items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Oversized Items: Large items are shipped via curbside freight delivery. Some products may be shipped by third-party suppliers who manage their own logistics.
We reserve the right to select the most efficient shipping method. We do not control third-party freight or courier services.
Note:
Free shipping applies only to orders over $100 and excludes rural or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., islands, narrow roads, gravel streets). If additional charges apply, we will contact you for approval before shipping.
All deliveries are curbside only. White glove or in-home delivery services are not included and may not be available, even at additional cost.
If your location presents access challenges, please notify us at checkout. Royal Truck Accessories is not responsible for delivery issues due to inaccessible addresses.
Freight Deliveries – What to Expect
Most freight items are delivered on a pallet to the curb.
- You are responsible for moving items from the curb to your home.
- Drivers are not permitted to enter your property.
- Some carriers schedule delivery windows; others do not. You’ll receive delivery expectations in your shipping confirmation email.
- If a delivery window is scheduled, you must be home to sign for the delivery.
We recommend having at least two people available to assist with unloading.
Inspecting Your Shipment
Upon delivery, inspect your items carefully and look for:
- Torn or missing shrink wrap
- Dented, cracked, wet, or dirty boxes
- Missing straps or pallet
Take photos of any visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt. Contact us at info@royaltruckaccessories.com within 5 calendar days with your order number and pictures.

Even if delivery is not scheduled in advance, we strongly recommend being present to inspect your order.
Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, we’ll email you with an updated estimated delivery date. Questions? Contact info@royaltruckaccessories.com.
Remote or Inaccessible Delivery Locations
If your location is remote or hard to reach:
- We may arrange terminal pickup or use a smaller truck.
- Additional charges may apply and will be quoted in advance.
- Royal Truck Accessories is not responsible for failed deliveries due to access restrictions.
Please notify us during checkout if your location has any delivery limitations.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or inaccessible location:
- You will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
- These are treated as remorse returns and subject to our Refund Policy.
Address changes after shipment will incur re-routing fees charged by the freight carrier. Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We may ship to APO/FPO addresses depending on USPS limitations. If we’re unable to ship your order, we’ll contact you for an alternative solution. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipments Outside the Continental U.S.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
Shipping to these locations requires a custom quote. We’ll email you before shipping with additional charges.
Shipping to Canada
We can ship select brands to Canada for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, and coordinating with any freight forwarders.
If we cannot ship to your Canadian address directly, we will ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice.

Remorse Returns
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, email us within 30 days at info@royaltruckaccessories.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Missing or Incorrect Items
Smaller items may be packed inside larger boxes. If something is missing or incorrect, contact info@royaltruckaccessories.com within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Only if a delivery appointment is scheduled. However, we always recommend being present to inspect the shipment.
How do I know if my item is shipping via freight?
Your shipping confirmation email will specify this. If unsure, contact us.
Will the driver help bring items inside?
No. All deliveries are curbside only. Drivers are not allowed to enter your property.
What should I do after delivery?
Inspect your shipment. Take photos of any issues. Cross-check with the packing slip. Report any issues within 5 days.
What if the freight carrier misses the delivery window?
Contact us immediately. We’ll help reschedule or offer terminal pickup if needed.
